The ‘eyelash salon’ trend continues – Blinkbar has launched its first brick-and-mortar location in Santa Monica, California. It already has several pop-up shops, located in West Hollywood; Dallas, Texas; and New York, but this is its first permanent place.

The salon has perfected what it calls a “European lash technique” that ensures healthy faux lashes that will last – and the salon offers 300 different styles. It has attracted a celebrity following, including Kim Kardashian – especially for its higher priced options that include lashes made from cruelty-free, 100% Siberian Mink, priced at $300.

Don’t confuse it with the other eyelash salon with the same name – Blink Brow Bar, which is based in London and has a slew of locations there as well as one International outpost at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City.

Blinkbar’s founder/CEO Tirzah Briscoe said: “We are so excited to finally open our premier brick and mortar location in the heart of sunny Santa Monica. She explains, “Each stylist undergoes an extensive ‘lash bootcamp’ of 100+ training hours to ensure she will not only consistently achieve outstanding results, but will also do this safely, properly, and in a way that will actually improve the health of your lashes long-term.”
